What is the Admission process?
The first step in the process is Registration for Admission by submission of the completed application form. The forms are available online only. Kindly check the "Admissions" link in the website for more details.
What are the timings for the school?

The lunch break will last for 25 minutes. In addition there would be a short break in the morning.
What is the academic calendar?
The academic calendar is from June to March.
Are text books and notebooks provided by the school?
The school will facilitate for study materials, text books, notebooks, etc for the students to avoid hardships for the parents to locate and procure books. Books will be available with the vendors in school.
When will we get the books?
Books will be issued before the school commences. In case of delay in the consignment of some books, the same will be issued to the students after the school begins.
What are the vacation schedules?
Summer break will be from first week of April to first week of June; Dasara vacations in the month of September or October and Winter vacations in December. The actual number of holidays for the academic year will be mentioned in the School Almanac.
Where will we get uniforms?
Uniforms (School and House) will be organized through authorised uniform dealer. House Uniforms will be worn only on Wednesdays.

How many students are there in a class?
Each class would have an average of 30 students.
What are the fees and when are they payable?
Fee has to be paid in two installments. The first installment has to be paid in the first week of April and the second installment in the first week of October. The fee structure will be communicated to the parents at the time of admission.
How are the fees to be paid?
Fees to be paid by Banker's Cheque / Demand Draft/ Online Payment/ School Portal. The DD / Banker's Cheque has to be drawn in favour of "National Public School, Yelahanka".
When can we visit the campus?
Campus tour for parents and others will not be allowed for security reasons.
What are the Language options offered by the school?
Students need to choose a second language from Grade 1. The school offers Hindi or Kannada as a Second Language for students between Grades 1 and 5.
From Grade-6 onwards, the school offers French and Sanskrit in addition to Hindi and Kannada.
All students are expected to study a third language from Grade 3 to 8. NPS offers Hindi, Kannada, Sanskrit and French as a third language.
