Competition Overview
- Theme : Two Cultures, One Face
- Participants : Grades: 7, 8, and 9
- Team Composition : 3 students (one team per school)
- Duration : 80 min
Rules and Guidelines
- The mask must be the original work of the participants and not copied from existing artwork.
- Dimensions of the mask will be of A3 size.
- Participants to bring their own materials.
- Masks should be completed within the allotted competition time.
- Participants must maintain cleanliness and safety in their work area.
- Any offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content will lead to disqualification.
- The mask should clearly reflect the theme.
- A creative title along with a brief written explanation (50–100 words) of the concept to be submitted along with the mask.
- Late submissions will result in point deduction.
- Decision of the judges will be final and binding.
Judging Criteria
Relevance to Theme and Social Message
- Clear identification of a social issue or societal theme.
- Accuracy and sensitivity in portraying the issue.
- Impact and effectiveness of message.
Creativity and Originality
- Unique concept and design with innovative interpretation of the theme.
- Distinctive artistic expression.
Relevance to Theme
- Clear connection to the competition theme.
Artistic Skill and Craftsmanship
- Neatness and finishing with attention to detail.
